This software is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. The seller is not liable for any damages, data loss, or downtime arising from its use. The purchaser is responsible for their own backups (see INSTALL.txt). This software is self-hosted: it runs on servers the purchaser owns or controls, and stores its data there — the seller does not host, access, or store any data entered into the purchaser's installation. If the purchaser collects personal information through this software (for example, names, emails, or phone numbers submitted via a lead form, or their own team members' account details), the purchaser is solely responsible for that data — including complying with any privacy laws that apply to them (such as GDPR or state-level privacy laws), having their own privacy policy where appropriate, and responding to any requests from individuals about their own data.
